About "STRUCKTZ" technology
A tuneable polymer platform for structural products
"STRUCKTZ" combines a reinforced outer shell with an engineered polymer core to create profiles tailored to specific performance, weight and cost requirements. Our initial focus is deck framing, with the platform intended to support additional structural and building-product applications through licensing.
How the technology works
The core and shell are formed together through coextrusion. Each has a distinct role: the core supports the profile and helps manage density and material cost, while the reinforced shell provides stiffness and strength where the design can make effective use of them. The core also contributes to load transfer and resistance to local deformation; reliable bonding between the layers is essential.
Eklipse masterbatch enables reinforced formulations within the platform. Resin selection, reinforcement loading, shell thickness, core density and profile geometry are developed together with the tooling and processing conditions. The result is an engineered product system rather than a single fixed compound.
Why is it different
In a uniformly reinforced solid profile, reinforcement is distributed throughout the cross-section. A core and shell architecture allows us to concentrate reinforcement toward the outer surfaces, where it can have greater value in bending. A lighter core can then help balance structural performance with weight and material consumption.
This architecture also separates some competing requirements. The shell can be designed around mechanical performance, dimensional stability and surface demands, while the core can be optimized for support, density and extrusion stability. The balance depends on the intended loads, span, temperature exposure, fastening method and manufacturing conditions.

"STRUCKTZ" is offered as a technology licensing platform. We bring the technology and development expertise; the licensee brings manufacturing capacity, market access and commercial execution. Together, we define an application and a practical path from evaluation to production.
The license scope, permitted applications, territory, exclusivity, technology access, development responsibilities and commercial terms would be agreed with each partner. The objective is a repeatable manufacturing process and a differentiated product that fits the licensee’s business.
